Please note the following

During your stay, you will use the villa alone. Nobody else will stay in the villa or on the property. We know from our own years of exerience that you cannot take this for granted, even if you ask owners. Often you will find houses been offered, where the owner also lives on the same property or even in the same house. Here this is not the case.

Deposit

You have to pay a deposit of 1.000 € when you sign the rental agreement. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the Villa is left in the same state that it was found in.

Rental per week

(7 nights minimum stay)

The above rental prices are final prices for an occupancy of 3 persons and already include the final cleaning, visitor's tax and additional costs.
